Compassionate foot care for your health and comfort.
Compassionate foot care for your health and comfort.
At Premier Nursing Mobile Foot Care, your foot health is our priority. We provide expert, on-on-one care tailored to your individual needs, using safe and proven techniques. Mobile foot care is especially beneficial to seniors, people with diabetes, limited mobility, or those who want dependable, clinical-level care in a comfortable setting.

Our professional nail trimming service involves the safe and proper trimming of toenails to prevent ingrown toenails, infections, and other foot problems. We take great care to ensure that your nails are trimmed correctly, promoting better foot health and comfort. Regular trimming can help avoid unnecessary pain and complications, making this a vital part of your foot care routine.
Our corn, callus and fissure medical foot care treatments involve the professional removal of hard, thickened skin on the feet that can cause discomfort, pain, or other complications.
Thickened toenails and/or fungal nails can cause pain and discomfort, which is why we offer nail thinning services to shape toenails and reduce the risk of nail-related infections.
We understand the importance of foot care for people with diabetes. Our foot care nurse will provide education on foot hygiene, detection and prevention of foot problems, and regular foot care visits to manage complications.
Foot massage involves the therapeutic manipulation of the muscles and soft tissues in the feet to improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, reduce pain, and promote relaxation.
We provide gentle, professional care for ingrown toenails including careful trimming and shaping of the nail, reducing pressure and pain, and helping to prevent infection. Education is also provided on proper nail care, footwear choices, and when to seek further medical treatment.

You can expect the foot care nurse to begin with a brief health history and a thorough examination of your feet. During the visit, the nurse will ask about any concerns you may have and explain any findings. Treatment includes trimming and filing of toenails, reduction of thickened nails when necessary, and a gentle reduction of calluses and corns. To complete the service, you will receive a light moisturizing massage to promote circulation and lymphatic drainage. A home visit typically lasts 60-90 minutes, while clinic visits are approximately 45 minutes in length.
We do not bill insurance or Medicare. Our self-pay model allows us to keep costs affordable and often less than insurance deductibles. Payment is due at the time of each visit. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and major credit or debit cards.
Podiatrists specialize in diagnosing and treating medical conditions of the foot and ankle and may prescribe medications or perform medical procedures. Although some podiatrists offer routine foot care, many do not, and these services are often not covered by insurance or Medicare. Our services are limited to routine foot care and are provided through a safe and convenient mobile setting. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. All care is delivered within our scope of practice, and if any concerns are identified that fall outside of this scope, you will be informed and advised to seek further evaluation from a podiatrist or other qualified healthcare provider.
All supplies are one-time use or are autoclaved or chemically sanitized after every use. We carry enough equipment to provide each client with their own set of tools with each service. Infection control is a major focus for us and we exceed state and CDC guidelines for infection prevention.
Our fees vary based on the type of visit and location. We partner with senior centers, community organizations, and assisted living facilities to offer clinic-style services at a lower cost. Home visits are priced higher due to travel time and the added convenience of in-home care. Please contact us directly for current pricing and to determine the option that best meets your needs.
In-clinic visits start at $55.
At-home visits start at $85.
Nail salon technicians are trained to focus on cosmetic and relaxation services. They typically do not have medical training to assess health-related issues that pedicures may pose for some seniors. Certain medical conditions, such as diabetes or poor circulation, can cause the risk of injury or infection to the feet. We encourage clients to research their options carefully and choose foot care services that best support their individual health needs.

At Premier Nursing Mobile Foot Care, our mission is to provide the highest quality foot care to our patients. We strive to ensure every individual receives personalized attention and effective treatment for their foot health. Mobile foot care is especially helpful for seniors, individuals with diabetes, limited mobility, or anyone who finds foot care difficult or uncomfortable.
